When talking to someone who is not on your contact list, Elefend's software can analyze the call in real-time, to your choice. If a potential scam is detected, an audible alert only you can hear will be played, warning you not to give away any personal information.
Some of these calls can be confusing. If you are not sure whether a call is legit, you have an option to automatically add to the call a 'trusted contact', like a family member or a friend, to make sure this is not a scam.
